Biography
Michelle Hallaway joined the HarvestChoice project in 2008, first as a consultant for the International Food Research Institute (IFPRI), and beginning in 2010 for InSTePP. Prior to re-locating to Minnesota in 2002, she worked as a consultant to the International Service for National Agricultural Research (ISNAR), The Hague. Michelle received her B.S. and completed her M.S. coursework from the University of Minnesota Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics. She grew up on a farm in southeast Minnesota and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Philippines.
